Use Case Work Group

Work Group Lead: Adrian Kelly

1. Work with the members of the work group to identify high value use cases for inclusion in the use case library/database. Catalog and prioritize opportunities by member value, feasibility, and risk to focus efforts for maximum impact.
2. Publish the use case library/database for OPAI member (or public) review.
3. Identify the highest value use cases. Use these to evaluate if there are existing solutions or work to develop projects in those areas with OPAI members.
4. Evaluate splitting into sub-groups to work on individual use cases.
5. Set up a sandbox or set of sandboxes to facilitate evaluation of use cases and properly protect data and IP.
6. Periodically report out to the Member Representative Committee (MRC)
