Implementation Work Group

Work Group Lead: Jason Hollern

1. Work with the members of the work group to identify organizations who have implemented and scaled AI solutions at their organizations and bring back lessons learned, challenges, and best practices to share with the group.
2. Develop and publish case studies and best practices guidelines for deploying, scaling, and maintaining AI models at a utility organization.
3. Collaborate with use case work groups to streamline deployment of models developed.
4. Potentially develop AI playbooks and roadmaps for specific purposes.
5. Periodically report out to the Member Representative Committee (MRC).
